Return Policy

At Clark Melbourne, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email info@clark-melbourne.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 4 hours with return instructions.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Products should be free from signs of wear, makeup, or perfume. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

We unfortunately can't offer free returns due to environmental reasons under any circumstance.

We do not accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (unless sealed and unused). If your item is faulty or incorrect, let us know right away and we’ll issue an replacement. We need proof of the faulty item, we always have the right to decide otherwise if we feel the product is up to standard. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–4 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
